Because we ship worldwide, delivery times can vary from location to location. You can find your area’s estimated shipping window below:

- Australia, New Zealand: 15-45 business days

Why can't I track my order?
Due to customs and certain carriers, tracking information can take up to 8-10 days to display. If it’s been over 10 days since you received your tracking info and you’ve attempted to track multiple times without success, please send us an email at [email protected]. We’re more than happy to assist!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order but only if you send an email (with your order number) to [email protected] before we pack and ship your items. After your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Feel free to email with your cancel request but we cannot guarantee the order has not already left our warehouse.
