All of our products include a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase!

If a product doesn’t match its description or if an item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we guarantee we’ll make it right by either replacing the product or refunding the purchase price.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email to [email protected] along with your order number. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:  This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product. Unless the error is made on our end, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item, please contact us for the return address and provide us the return tracking number in order to be eligible for the exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
